I had a great experience with A&M. My heat kept cycling on and off and I had no idea what was wrong with it. Thanks to Josh he had the part and it was fixed the same day. The price was reasonable and I haven’t had any problems since then. This is the second time I have used them. When I bought my house a few years ago I had them inspect/service the AC to make sure we wouldn’t have any problems.

You hope to not have enough HVAC issues to become friends with your HVAC guy, but if you do, it’s cool to become friends with your HVAC guy. Josh identified issues with our system shortly after we closed on our house that would not have shown in an inspection. He made it obvious how intelligent he was on the topic and explained everything going on. He took lead on warranty info, submission, and repair during the hottest month in NC. Other issues arose with our system over the years and each time he conducted himself with the same professionalism and intelligence as before. I haven’t needed him recently (knock on all the wood), but he still keeps up and has become a friend of ours that we trust to call when we have an issue.
